Land Clearing & Grubbing
Clearing and grubbing to MRS04 standard for subdivisions, building pads, access roads and fire breaks – owners and developers alike.
When a block needs to be properly cleared – not just slashed, but stumps and roots grubbed out and the ground made workable – that is land clearing. We carry it out to MRS04 standard, the Queensland specification for clearing and grubbing on road and bridge earthworks, which is what councils and developers require for subdivisions and civil works.
Backed by a Certificate II in Horticulture and $20M public liability insurance, we handle everything from a single overgrown house block to staged clearing of a whole development, with the right mix of mulcher, excavator and earthmoving gear.
We are also environmentally aware: where it makes sense we conserve fallen logs suitable for native fauna habitat, and we keep ground disturbance to what the job actually needs.

Frequently asked
Do you clear for subdivisions and developers?
Yes. A large part of our work is clearing and grubbing development blocks and subdivisions to MRS04, ready for civil works.
Can you create a fire break?
We do. Mulched or cleared fire breaks before summer are a regular job right across the region.
Do I need a clearing permit?
Vegetation rules vary by zoning and overlay. We will talk through what we can see on your block, but final responsibility for permits sits with the landowner – check with your council if unsure.
How is this different from forestry mulching?
Mulching grinds vegetation into mulch on the surface. Land clearing goes further – grubbing out stumps and roots so the ground is workable to spec.
